Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after the date of delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@altawines.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 143 Boon Avenue, Toronto ON M6E 3Z6
You will be responsible for arranging the shipping of the item(s) being returned. In addition, there will be a 25% restocking fee based on the dollar value returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
